Bruny Island Camping:-

Easter 2004:



Myself, Matty C, Bryn, 'G' , Tommy B, Jem, Law, and Reddo cruised up over to bruny for a few days. We did the usuall, ate, drank, be 'merry' whilst also fishing, cooking, and general camping stuff.


The fishing itself was a pretty amazing achievment, first we hand crafted the spears from trees that we hacked down with the machette! then we hardened the spears in the fire, then sharpened them once again for luck! 'What a bunch of idiots' you may think, and yes you're probably right, but we did manage to catch a flounder, a flathead, and some other fish (picured below) by simply wading about in the water.


Some of the other acheivements were; G's cooking us 'beer-batter sausages' (pictured below), Reddo making cans explode in the fire, and me getting the car stuck in a ditch whilst we searched for firewood :)
